A rental agreement for an apartment is a legally binding contract between the landlord and the tenant that details the rules and conditions of renting the apartment. This includes information like the length of the lease, rent amount, security deposit, and the rules that must be followed while living in the apartment. Income Restricted Apartments
Income-restricted housing means that apartments are available at a discounted rate for individuals or households whose income is 80% or less of the area’s Average Median Income (AMI). This allows eligible residents to enjoy urban amenities at an affordable price.
To qualify for an income-restricted studio suite, single occupancy residents must have an annual income between $46,080 and $64,700. Double occupancy residents must have a combined annual income between $61,000 and $73,950. Income documentation will be required and verified during the application process.
Applicants will need to submit various forms of income documentation, which may include recent pay stubs, tax returns, and other proof of income. Our leasing agents will guide you through the documentation process to ensure you meet the eligibility requirements.
